How it works

One form.
One local pro.
One honest quote.

No accounts, no lead auctions, no five calls from competing call centers. Here's the whole machine, start to finish.

The match process

Three steps. That's the whole machine.

01

Tell us what's broken

Fill the work order — sixty seconds. What it's doing, where you are, how to reach you. No account, no password to forget.

02

We match a local pro

Your request goes to an independent, insured appliance repair pro working in your borough — not a call center, not a national chain.

03

They call, diagnose, quote

The pro calls you to schedule, diagnoses on-site, and quotes before any work begins. You approve the number or you don't — zero pressure.

What happens after you hit send

Your work order goes to an independent repair pro working in your area — the first to accept calls you, usually within hours. They confirm the symptoms, answer questions, and schedule the visit. If your building needs a certificate of insurance on file, they send it ahead so appointment day doesn't get lost to paperwork.

On the visit, the tech diagnoses the appliance and quotes the repair — parts, labor, all of it — before touching a screwdriver. You approve the number or you decline it and pay at most the diagnostic fee. If a part has to be ordered, they tell you when it lands and the follow-up visit is part of the same quote.

What the pro brings

Independent pros carry general liability insurance and the tools and test gear the job actually needs — multimeters, refrigerant gauges, the common parts for the major brands. They work for themselves, not for us. We match the work order; the repair relationship is between you and them.

The questions people ask

Does it cost anything to submit a work order?

No. The match is free and there's no obligation. You approve the pro's quote before any repair work begins — if you decline, you're out nothing but a phone call.

Do you sell my information?

No. Your work order goes to the matched repair pro — the one calling you about your appliance — and to our own records. No marketing lists, no data brokers, no third-party spam.

What if the part isn't in stock?

It happens — especially sealed-system refrigerator parts. The pro orders it, tells you the expected arrival, and schedules the follow-up visit. You approve the quote once; the second visit is part of the same job.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Call the pro directly — the number they contact you from is theirs. Cancellations and rescheduling happen all the time; a same-day heads-up is appreciated and never charged.
